1. Receive orders and book space
Please provide the export support letter to our company 7-10 days in advance, indicating the product name in Chinese and English, box type, dangerous goods CLASS, UN NO., dangerous bags and special requirements, so as to facilitate the application of shipping space and dangerous goods declaration.

2. Provide application materials
4 working days in advance to provide goods declaration related information:
(1) Inspection result of dangerous goods packaging performance
(2) Identification result sheet of dangerous goods packaging use

④ Export declaration form (a. Verification sheet B. invoice C. packing list D. Customs declaration order E. Export declaration form)

3. packing into the port
As dangerous goods are loaded directly alongside the ship, they are usually packed 3 days before the ship leaves
① The owner shall deliver the goods to our company’s designated dangerous goods warehouse for loading.
② Our company will arrange the trailer to the factory for packing. After packing, the container shall be affixed with a major danger mark. If the cargo leakage will cause pollution to the ocean, it shall also be affixed with a Marine pollution mark, and take photos to obtain evidence.

4. customs declaration
Confirm the container number, vehicle tonnage, list, prepare complete customs declaration documents to start the export customs declaration, customs clearance after passing the examination.

5. Confirmation of bill of lading
Make the bill of lading according to the power of attorney and confirm the bill of lading with the customer to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the bill of lading.

6. Pay
Confirm the charge sheet with the customer and collect the related charge.

7. Return customs declaration and waybill
The end of export customs declaration about a month will be returned to the customer tax rebate verification.
