After confirming the quotation, the exhibitor shall sign COA with the transportation company to determine the responsibilities and obligations of both parties.

Confirm the exhibition time and documents
According to the exhibitors in the foreign exhibition site needs to be in place to set the deadline for collection time. The EXHIBITor shall timely inform the transportation company of the name of the exhibits to be shipped and the arrangement of transportation requirements (choose FCL or LCL), and submit relevant documents. Our company will book space with the shipping company according to the transportation requirements of the exhibitors, and arrange to tow the containers to the exhibitors’ factories for container loading, customs declaration and shipment.

Assist exhibitors to fill in the import documents for transporting the exhibits to the destination country.

After the goods arrive at the destination, arrange the import declaration of the exhibits.

Settle related charges with transportation agent.

The destination terminal will tow the container to the exhibition hall, and the exhibits will be stored for tallying.

Deliver the exhibits to the booth in time as requested by exhibitors.
